Recruitment Process for Employers

The Procedure

Please make sure you send us a detailed job description as well as all terms, salary to enable us help you more effectively. Job must meet the minimum wage legislation in the relevant country.

The Costs

Domestic, trade, hospitality and other similiar staff
1 member of staff £300 each,
A couple £450
2 members of staff(non couple) £500,
3 members of staff(non couple) £700,
 200 for each additional staff member.
Must make staff in same recruitment request to get the numbers discount
Please note we are not gangmasters nor are we a temp. agency. .
b)Office workers including secretaries, clerks, assistants, or highly skilled technical Staff
5% of their annual salary or £1000, whichever is lower.

The Policy

1- You must pay full fee via our payment page to us within 7 days of worker starting.
2- We will refund you 50% of the fee if employee leaves within a month of starting or help find a suitable replacement for no extra cost.
3- Where we cannot help you, we will refer you to other recruitment agencies.
4- You are fully responsible for the welfare of any staff members, we will merely recruit them on your behalf.
5- Due to difficulties in obtaining payment from some employers. We reserve the right to ask you for a deposit or written guarantee before proceeding.

Please Note

We are an all inclusive multicultural website and do not specialise in Polish staff,we are as likely to find you a British person as we are a Czech or Hungarian person. You may make specific request, however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to help you. Also it is in breach of employment legislation to discriminate based on age, gender or ethnicity.
