Recruitment Process for Employers

Send us a detailed job description, job title as well as all terms,location, salary, hours etc. to enable us help you more effectively(put yourself in the shoes of the potential employee..what would you like to know about a job you were applying for?)Job must at least meet the minimum wage legislation in the relevant country(while our focus is the UK and Ireland, we are happy to recruit staff for you on the continent -France, Italy, Spain, Germany etc).
Recruitment is a very time consuming and money costing exercise as most reliable employers will know, please do not expect us to spend our time and money to provide you with a free recruitment service.
The Recruitment Costs
Domestic, hospitality, care staff , housekeeping ,hotel , bar and other similiar staff1 member of staff £350 each,
Discounts possible for employers recruiting in large numbers
Full responsibility for paying the member of staff their wage / salary and meeting various employment legislation in your location is yours and yours alone. .
Professional Staff
These are medical, office, technical staff
5% of their annual salary or maximum of £1200, whichever is lower. Please note normal recruitment fees vary from 10-20% and are not capped...so a considerable saving for you! The only exception to the max.cap for above fees is for Doctors where cap is limited to £2,000
The Policy for non professional staff
1- You must pay full fee or balance of fee via our online payment page to us within 7 days of worker starting. Failure to pay on time and without discussing it with us in advance will lead to a late payment levy of £5 per day until payment is made2- We will refund you 50% of the fee if employee leaves within a month of starting or find a suitable replacement for no extra cost...as long as you meet point 1 above.
3- Where we cannot help you, we will refer you to other recruitment agencies. Please note they have their own charges and may cost a lot more
4- You are fully responsible for the welfare and meeting the employment legislation of any staff members, we will merely recruit / source sutiable permanent workers on your behalf.
5- Due to difficulties in obtaining payment from some unreliable employers. We reserve the right to ask you for a deposit or written guarantee before proceeding. This particularly applies to employers using non business emails such as hotmail, yahoo etc. or from non verifiable businesses.
Deposits - If we do ask you for a deposit and are unable to find you a suitable applicant - Your money will be refunded to you in full
The Policy for professional staff recruitment
1 - Payment must be made within 14 days via our online payment page2 - Free replacement guarantee should staff member quit within the first 3 months as long as employer has honoured all their obligations to member of staff and payments to us were made on time.
Please Note
We are an all inclusive multicultural website and do not specialise in only Polish staff,we are as likely to find you a Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Lativan or Hungarian person. You may make specific requests, however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to help you find a particular nationality....and discriminating againsit employees based on nationality is against UK employment legislation.
