Recruitment Process for Employers

The Procedure

Send us a detailed job description, job title as well as all terms,location, salary, hours etc. to enable us help you more effectively(put yourself in the shoes of the potential employee..what would you like to know about a job you were applying for?)
Job must at least meet the minimum wage legislation in the relevant country(while our focus is the UK, we are happy to recruit staff for you on the continent -France, Italy, Spain, Germany etc).

Our rates are between 40-100% cheaper than most equivalent recruitment agencies.....don't believe us? do the research for yourself and find out!!

Recruitment is a very time consuming and money costing exercise as most reliable employers will know, please do not expect us to spend our time and money to provide you with a free recruitment service.

The Recruitment Costs

Domestic, trade, hospitality, care , housekeeping ,hotel , bar and other similiar staff
1 member of staff £300 each,
2 members of staff £500,
3 members of staff £700,
£ 200 for each additional staff member over 3. eg. the 4th, 5th etc.
Must make staff numbers request in same recruitment request to qualify for the numbers discount
Please note we are not gangmasters nor are we an hourly staff recruitment agency - Full responsibility for paying the member of staff their wage / salary is yours. .

Office workers or highly skilled technical staff
These are staff such as secretaries, clerks,admin assistants, translators, engineers, IT staff, Finance and other highly skilled technical Staff
5% of their annual salary or maximum of £1000, whichever is lower. Please note normal recruitment fees vary from 10-20% and are not capped...so a considerable saving for you!

The Policy

1- You must pay full fee or balance of fee via our online payment page to us within 7 days of worker starting. Failure to pay on time and without discussing it with us in advance will lead to a late payment levy of £5 per day until payment is made
2- We will refund you 50% of the fee if employee leaves within a month of starting or help find a suitable replacement for no extra cost.
3- Where we cannot help you, we will refer you to other recruitment agencies. Please note they have their own charges and may cost a lot more
4- You are fully responsible for the welfare and meeting the employment legislation of any staff members, we will merely recruit them on your behalf.
5- Due to difficulties in obtaining payment from some unreliable employers. We reserve the right to ask you for a deposit or written guarantee before proceeding. This particularly applies to employers using non business emails such as hotmail, yahoo etc. or from non verifiable businesses.
Deposits - If we do ask you for a deposit and are unable to find you a suitable applicant - Your money will be refunded to you in full

Please Note

We are an all inclusive multicultural website and do not specialise in only Polish staff,we are as likely to find you a British person as we are a Czech or Hungarian person. You may make specific requests, however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to help you find a particular nationality.
